BOQ Item Description: Supply install testing and commissioning of a system for exchange of various data between E in C Br and command CE HQ ADG HQ The system will have two way communication between E in C Branch and all command Chief Engineer HQ ADG HQ The following two modules are required i DPC Module The software will facilitate The E1 DPC PPSUB section to circulate the seniority list to all command CE HQ ADG HQ obtain comment through this portal and publish final seniority list In addition this software will also enable E1 DPC PPSUB section to prepare eligibility list as per DoPT guidelines then to finalize Zone of consideration Finally the data requisition sheet will be generated through this software will be uploaded to all command CE HQ ADG HQ portal for their action This requisition sheet will be filled at all command CE HQ ADG HQ level and further authenticated by means of eHastakshar This finalized data sheet will be made available at E in C branch for downloading In addition following outputs are also required Noting sheet for convening order as per requirement Convening order as per requirement DSC Note including assessment sheets as per requirement Select panel Noting for approval of DSC Panel to be published ii MACP Module The proforma sheet for MACP will be uploaded by the E1 DPC PPSUB section at E in C br and this will be available to all command CE HQ ADG HQ for necessary action in respect of affected officers subordinates posted in their respective AORs This basic sheet will generate two more sheets one for APAR grading of affected officers subordinate for reckoning period and other for vigilance integrity cert All such forms will be authenticated by e Hastakshar at Command CE HQ ADG HQ level and available for download at E in C Br following additional output are also required Noting Sheet as per requirement DSC proceeding as per requirement Annexure of BOO as per requirement
