Power Cores are to be insulated with 3.3 kV voltage and the earth Core is to be insulated 1.1kV Voltage. Conductor- the conductor of tinned annealed copper wires, melinex tape, EPR insulated Conductors complying with IS- 8130 - 1984 with latest amendment if any, BIS Specification- Generally Conforming to IS- 9968 Part - I 1988 with latest amendment if any .Overall Dia -51 mm approx. Flexibility Class - 5 Identification of Cores - Rubberized Proofed Cotton Tapes (RPCT), having numbers 1 to 5 for core identification. Laying Up - Cores laid up with Black Heat resisting rubber at Centre and fillers (If required ) overall taped with Rubberized Proofed Cotton Tapes (RPCT).Sheathing - (Extruded)Inner Sheathed with Black HD HOFR compound based upon PCP, screened with ATC (annealedTinned Copper) wire braid, and sheathed overall with Black HD HOFR PCP compound being reinforced with open cotton twine braiding.
