1st Section: Aluminum boom First section (near to machine) Fabricated from 03mm (1st section), aluminum sheets die pressed to form tapering channels with special stiffening bends in the channels. Two such c hannels then joined together with batten plates by riveting to form a tapering box section. Total 8 ft. long. Approx, Size 200 mm square at larger end & 175 mm at smaller end. 2 bands of 25 mm wide x 300 mm long reflective ye llow tape fixed on each yellow colour band on both sides of the boom.
