Additional Annual Maintenance contract for maintenance/overhauling/repair of all the DEUTZ engines (Germany), Bosch make self- starters, alternators and Sun engines working on track machines for Dy.CE/CPOH/RYP for a period of one year i.e., 2024-25.
Additional Annual Maintenance contract covers for a period of one year i.e., 2024-25 for maintenanc e/ overhauling/ repair of all the DEUTZ engines (Germany), Bosch make self-starters, alternators and Sun engin es working on track machines for Dy.CE/CPOH/RYP . Total value of additional AMC is limited to Rs. 4, 28, 01, 94 2.00 (Including GST) only. The tenderer shall not quote the total value not more than the advertised value of the A MC Inclusive of GST. Charges for the same shall be paid as agreed in the contract. Firm should fill the following annexures (which are attached to the tender document). These Annexures are to be uploaded duly signed along with stamp/seal of the firm. 1. Service Engineer Charges-Annexure-A. 2. List of All Spares Parts of Deutz make Diesel Engine/Self Starters/Alternators/Sun Engine/SQRS/Duomatic machine -Annexure-B. 3. Repair charges of Sub-Assemblies/Components - Annexure-C. Tenderer should thoroughly read the tender document, special con dition of the contract attached to the tender schedule. Warranty period is as per the terms and conditions attache d to the tender document. The firm has to quote Rs. 4, 28, 01, 942.00 including GST for the year 2024-25 for Dy.C E/CPOH/RYP.
