Repairs and Replacement in respect of (i) Masonry works - Brick work, concreting, grouting, plastering etc., (ii) Carpentry work- wood, doors, windows, cup boards, frames, shutters, fittings and fastenings, rafters, reepers etc., (iii) Helpers - Cleaning of RCC Roof, Madras Terrace roof cleaning of Polyethylene tanks, Concrete tanks, OHT tanks and GLR tanks . By supplying a team of two members - one semi- skilled and one helper for each category of masonry works, carpentry works and supplying a team of Five unskilled for roof cleaning works and tank cleaning works with all lead and lift etc complete and as directed by Engineer-in charge tools, equipment and scaffolding, arrangements for works upto G+6 floors to be done by tenderer/contractor only. Material required for repair/replacement works will be supplied free of cost to the extent required by Railways. Necessary Power supply and water will be borne by railways. (All working days - 9 hrs to 18 hrs) . The teams has to work in all the stations and all mid section bridges, platform and building etc., with contractors own expense in SSE/Works/ED section.
