Air spring Tayal and co. Make for EMU coaches as per. drg.no. RDSO STR No. CK 406. amendment 1, 180 KN . Supply and fitment of new air spring rubber bellow and its sets of O rings. Supplier should carry on fitment of top plate and bottom plate assembly of 180KN which will be supplied by Railway and the supplier should do fitting with new rubber bellow and its sets of O rings to be used supplied by supplier itself and carry on testing of air spring on the test bench. The supplier should submit leakage test, GC and TC certificate of refitted air spring assembly 180 KN.The supplier should have supplied air spring for EMU rake or carried out such repair of air spring on EMU. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
