- Item Description: - Flat% above/Below/At par of chapter of the CPWD DSR-2021. The work order will cover 100% of (Chapter Sub Head 0.1 to 04 SH No.B Chapters - 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 21, 22, 25 & 26 - 100%). This will include (i) New work addition and alteration to existing structures, special repair works and supply building materials subjected to the contract value of work through the work order not exceeding Rs. 5 Lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs) in each such work (ii) All ordinary repair and maintenance works and (iii) Conveyance of materials e.g. bricks, lime, sand etc. which are likely to be require in a zone during the year.
