Annual Maintenance Contract for maintenance/repairs/overhaul of Cummins make Diesel Engines powered to track Machines of S.C. Railways & overhauling of machines received by CPOH Depot/RYP for the year 2024 - 2025 & 2025 - 2026.
This annual Maintenance Contract for the period of Two [2] Years from the date of issue of LOA, co vers maintenance/ repair/ overhauling of Cummins engines working on track machines of S. C. Railway and ma chines received for overhauling by CPOH Depot/ RYP . Total value of AMC is limited to Rs. 17, 71, 88, 414/- only. I.e., Rs. 8, 61, 91, 585/- for DY.CE/TM/Lines/BZA and Rs. 9, 09, 96, 556/- for DY.CE/CPOH/RYP. The tenderer shall not quote the total value not more than the advertised value of the AMC. Charges for the same shall be paid as a greed in the contract. Firm should fill the following annexures (which are attached to the tender document). These Annexures are to be uploaded duly signed along with stamp/seal of the firm. 1. Service Engineer Charges- Sche dule. 2. Rates for Labour charges for component job works, Annexure-A. 3. Rates for Labour Charges for Overh aul of Engines -Annexure-B. 4. Mandate Form for Payment Through EFT/NEFT/RTGS - Annexure-C. Tenderer s hould thoroughly read the tender document, Terms and Conditions for AMC attached to the tender schedule. War ranty period is as per the terms and conditions attached to the tender document. The firm has to quote Rs.8, 81, 9 2, 133.00 for first year 2024-25 (Inclusive of GST)-only and for second year is Rs.8, 89, 96, 281.00(Inclusive of GS T)-only.
