:Annual Maintenance Contract will cover all technical support & manpower support related to RGM. This includes all hardware and soft ware which is required for planned attention i.e. IOH, POH, routine maintenanc e, preventative maintenance/repairs/failures/rectification/ troubleshooting, breakdown attention, health checks of RGM including all its subassemblies and components calibration of KLD/PLC/any other component, checking gri nding quality/grinding profile and suggesting improvements and training of personnel, other activities related to m aintenance of RGM including all its sub assemblies and components for a period of two years. NOTE: 1. The rat es for service engineer charges in Annexure-A attached to the tender document are to be filled, signed and uploa ded to the tender document. 2. Tenderer should thoroughly read the tender document, special conditions of the c ontract and Indian Railways General conditions of the contract & GCC for Service contract attached to the tender schedule. 3.Agreed rates for service charges in the previous contract are attached to the tender document as An nexure-B.
