Repairing of 500KVA, 33/11KV Power Transformer, Make Stanelec, Transformer SL NO: 2102135. The Work includes (i)Dismantalling of transformer (ii) Rewinding of HT Coils and providing insulation materials (iii) Rewinding of LT Coils and providing insulation materials.(iv) Providing and complete changing of gaskets.(v) Cleaning of Tank and painting of transformer(vi) Providing top up of new transformer oil(250Ltrs) along with filtration of old transformer oil, (vi) Reassembling of transformer after repair. The scope also includes carrying of transformer from bogibeel 33/11KV substation to workshop and back to Bogibeel 33/11KV substation after repair. Replacement of Silica Gel Breather unit with New Silica Gel Breather. In addition to above all minor items if found defective such as HV Bushings, LV Bushings, oil level gauge, drain & filter valves, cover bolts, plugs, caps, screws, LV brass lugs etc and fittings shall be replaced as required in order to make the transformer completely ready for taking into service.
