Demolishing the stadium gallery having a foot print 2718.9 m2. The curvilinear gallery is of five segments of which the 1st and last segments are of 21.50m length (approx) and the others are of 49.0m length (approx) sloping from ground to a height of 5.90m on the periphery. The bidders are advised to inspect the site and familiar with the structure to be demolished before quoting the bid .The details of scraps getting on demolition of gallery are listed below for quoting the offer rate .Bidders can take these scraps .However the debrises need not be removed from the site but shall be levelled as per the direction of the site engineers.
Steel reinforcement from RCC after deducting rusted steel : 57671 .82 kg
Laterite masonry : 289.22 m3
Rollinq shutter: 353.67 m2
GST = 18%The H1 bidder will have to pay applicable GST amount to concerned GST authorities under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).
