Terms and Conditions:
All the Buildings/structures need to be disposed off by dismantling and clearing of site within 45 days from Handing over of site..
The adequate safety precautions need to be taken during dismantling to avoid any damage to adjoining/nearby structures, goods etc and human being.
In case of unjustified delay additional cost need to be paid @1.0% per week of quoted price.
