As per Notification No.36/2017Central Tax(Rate)dtd13-10-17 &Notification No.37/2017 Integrated Tax(Rate) dtd13-10-17, Seller being Govt. Unit, so GST &Cess on Goods will be deposited by Buyer under RCM. Seller has to collect the true copy of GST Certificate from the buyer before delivery of Goods to them. Buyer shall submit a copy of challan duly stamped &signed by the designated authority towards the proof of deposit of GST.
