As per Notification No.36/17 Central Tax(Rate) dtd13-10-17 &Notification No.37/17 Integrated Tax(Rate) dtd 13-10-17, Seller being Govt. Unit, so GST and Cess on Goods will be deposited by Buyer under RCM. Buyer shall submit a copy of GST Certificate &GST deposit challan before taking the delivery.
