Lot specific terms & conditions:
The buyer will lift the specified material only from the lot and no any other material even if it is found in the specific location of the lot. The material sold shall be removed by the buyer from any one side of the lot as per sole discretion of the seller and no segregation /pick and choose of item from the sold lot will be permitted. The buyer shall start lifting from one end and go on clearing up to ground level.
