TM/SM/468 dated 31.03.2014 (Rev 2 of 2020) or latest ( Special instruction:- 1) Weight of Machine with Battery:- 18 kg to 26 kg max. 2) No. of drillings with full charged battery 35 nos. or more with Dia. 17.5mm for 60kg 90UTS rail section 3) Battery supplied with machine - 2 nos. with one no. battery charger 4) Adapters to be provided with machine - 2 Numbers for standard 60 Kg Rail, 1 Number for 52 Kg Rail 5) Special design pressurized internal spindle cooling to give maximum life of core cutter and to avoid heating of the rail. 6) Special Rail core drill bits supplied with Machine (High speed steel) - 17.5MM - 20 nos. 7) Chamfering bit (high speed steel) size - 20/22mm - 03 nos. with adapter as per TM-53 Rev.01 of 2004 or latest 8) Machine should be supplied with mono rail cum nylon wheel to enable machine to carry/transport on mono rail/plain surface or any other suitable arrangement for easy transportation 9) Installation and training - Free of cost at
