BOQ Item Description: The overall size shall be 2050mm l 900mm wide and 400mm h All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge The head or foot board shall be 800mm h and 500mm h MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head and foot board frame as shown in drg18mm thick MDF Board in melamine shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with std workmanship both in head board foot board25mm into 5mm rect CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg One stiffener of size 25mm into 25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply A appvd make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mm into 25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25 into 65mm long rail PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed All Steel surfaces members shall be powder coated in approved shade Rest all as per drg FDE6MAP08 R or as direct by engr in charge Make Godrej or Methodex or Durian or Royal Koas
