Paper to be used- Paper Pink 70 GSM conforming to IS :- 1848/2007 or latest. The form to be printed in Hindi on front side and in English on back side in single color as per specimen. Binding: Mat erial shall besupplied in packing of 1000 forms in each bundle. The art work for printing and sample form complet e in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. Packing- To be packed in suitable siz e 04 ply carton boxes containing inside four bundles of 2000 forms each. Packing slip must be pasted on corton box indicating PO no., Particulars of item, quantity and box number etc. specn: As mention in description above.
