- CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) of 02 (two) Nos. Anaesthesia Work Station, Model-Fabius Plus, SL.NO. ASFJ-0192-0173 (2 NOs). Vapor- ASFA- 0978/ASFC-0855/ASHH- 0414/ASHH-0455 (4 NOs). Vista XL Monitor-6006935864 / 6006923574(2NOs). Scio Four OXI-ASFC- 0024/ASDC0098 (2NOs). Total -10NOs. Make- Drager Medical, at Orthopaedic Hospital, Eastern Railway, Howrah. CAMC covers all spare parts except consumables/accessories which have to be supplied by the concerned firm as and when required and the payment will be made accordingly. The routine preventive service shall be for two times per year on half yearly basis and any repair/replacement work is covered under the scope of contract with unlimited break-down calls to be attended within 24 hrs of information. Any repair/replacement will be completed within 7 days of information. Downtime shall not exceed 18 days per year.
