Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract Of 06 Nos. Aic Make Continuous Stack Emission Monitoring System (Sox Nox Analyzers) Installed At Rtps Units - 2 To 7 And 01 No. Yokogawa Make Sox, Nox And Co Analyzer Installed At Rtps-Unit-8 For A Period Of One Year.
A) Scope Of Work Covers Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (Camc) Work Of 06 Nos. Aic Make Continuous Stack Emission Monitoring System (Sox Nox Analyzers) Installed At Rtps Units - 2 To 7 And 01 No. Yokogawa Make Sox, Nox And Co Analyzer Installed At Rtps-Unit-8 For A Period Of One Year. B) The Contractor/Agency Shall Be Required To Upkeep All The Sox, Nox & Co Analyzer Systems Of Rtps Unit-2 To 8, In Healthy/Working Condition Throughout The Contract Period And Shall Ensure About The Continuous Data Transmission To Cpcb/Kspcb. C) The Contractor/Agency Shall Carry Out Regular Maintenance As Per The Check List Recommended By Oem Or Kpcl. D) Periodical Calibration Has To Be Carried Out And Calibration Reports Has To Be Submitted For The Same. E) It Is The Single Point Responsibility Of The Contractor/Agency To Upkeep All The Sox Nox & Co Analyzer Systems In Healthy Condition And To Ensure About Continuous/Uninterrupted Data Transmission To Cpcb/Kspcb. F. All The Spares Required For The Rectification Of Problems In Analyzer Systems Shall Be Under The Scope Off. All The Spares Required For The Rectification Of Problems In Analyzer Systems Shall Be Under The Scope Of Contrctor/Agency Itself. G. The Manpower And T&P Required For The Maintenance Of The System Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor/Agency Itself. H.The Contractor/Agency Shall Handover All The Systems In Healthy/Working Condition After Completion Of Contract Period.I. The Agency Shall Appoint One Resident Engineer At Rtps/Kpcl Site For Carrying Out Daily Routine Maintenance Works. You Are Required To Depute Your Expertise Service Engineer As And When Problems In Systems Were Reported By Your Site Resident Engineer At Rtps Site/On Upon Intimation By Rtps, Kpcl Engineers. J. You Are Required To Calibrate The Analyzers On Periodical Basis As Per The Schedule Recommended By Oem And For This You Have To Depute Your Authorized Service Engineer For Carrying Out Calibration Works. After Completion Of Calibration, Calibration Certificates Needs To Submitted To Ee(I&C)Ola-2, Rtps, Kpcl Division. Re-Filling Of Standard Test Gas Cylinders Required For The Calibration Has To Be Done By The Contractor/Agency Itself And Will Be Covered Under The Camc Scope Of Work Only.
