BOQ Item Description: COMPREHENSIVE TESTING OF LPG PIPE LINE INCLUDE EXTERNAL VISUAL, UTT, DIE PENETRATION TEST, HYDRO TEST, MAGNETIC PARTICLE TEST AND ISSUE GENERAL CERTIFICATES AND PROVIDE ISOMETRIC DRAWING. ALL THE TESTS SHOULD BE DONE AS PER OISD 130/144 STANDARDS. REQUIRED HIGH TENSILE STUD/NUTS SPIRAL WOUND METALLIC GASKET SHOULD BE SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR, WHEREVER FLANGE JOINTS ARE OPENED FOR VENTING/ HYDROTEST. ALL THE MANPOWER, TOOLS, TACKLES AND PPEs WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. HPCL WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY MATERIAL AND MANPOWER.
