Conducting "Continuous Scour Monitoring" of foundations of Br. No. 77 at Km 569.014 between SBP-HKG section of Sambalpur division using "Sonar Echo-range technology" by Airmar Echo Range SS510 Smart Sensor or similar equipment & and submitting continuous monitoring data, analysis, and preparation/submission of detailed reports of continuous scour monitoring data, generating alarm/SMS alerts and validation of reports with ground levels.
Conducting "Continuous Scour Monitoring" of foundation using "Sonar Echo-Range Technology" by Airmar Echo Range SS510 Smart Sensor or similar equipment on trial basis, and submitting continuous monitoring data, analysis and preparation/submission of detail Reports as per Railway requirement as detailed below :- Continuous Scour Monitoring of foundation shall be conducted under the supervision of experienced Bridge Engineer of foundation inundated in water and preparation or Report using data collected by System in the sequence as required by Railway. Continuous Monitoring record shall be made available for four months during trial and thereafter monthly reports for one year shall be made available to cover one ensuing monsoon. Validation of continuous monitoring data and SMS Alert/Alarms with respect to ground level/site condition shall be done during trial periods of four months and for entire one year. Rectification of any malfunction of system for the period covering trial period of 4 months and one subsequent year shall be the responsibility of firm. The system should be connected to a telemetry station for real time data transmission. Compact sensors shall be paired with a computer or data logger. Echo range shall be fixed to bridge abutments/ piers as per direction of railway and these sensors shall process depth and water temperature signals to communication data via NMEA0183 protocol. (The unit mentioned in the Schedule 'Each' means 'Per Pier')
