BOQ Item Description: Day to day Operation & Maintenance of water pump house of all types and capacities water pump sets, i/c lighting & power supply system attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintaining of records in all PMI register etc. by deploying 03 Nos Skilled (Electrician) and 03 Nos Unskilled (Helper) manpower (Excluding Reliever) as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the adequate manpower (i.e. in three shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays & as per direction of EIC.
