Tenders are invited for Design & Construction of Solar Park Infrastructure Comprising (I) Compound Boundary Wall (Ii) Internal Roads (Iii) Office and Control Room Buildings (Iv) Canteen Etc. The complete Bidding Documents including tender drawings, if any, shall be available for inspection and downloading at Assam Government-s e-procurement website https://.assamtenders.gov.in (hereinafter referred to as the ‘portal-) from 11:00 hours IST on 18 June 2024 till 10:00 Hrs. on 2 August 2024. The Interested bidders have to necessarily enroll themselves on the portal https://.assamtenders.gov.in as explained in Para 6.1 below to participate in the bidding under this invitation for bids. It shall be the sole responsibility of the interested bidders to get themselves registered at the aforesaid portal for which they are required to contact APDCL, Guwahati at the following address for any clarifications and to complete the registration formalities: The Chief General Manager (NRE), APDCL 2nd Floor, Annex Building, Bijulee Bhawan, Paltan bazar, Guwahati, Assam Pin code: 781001. Country: India E mail id: cgm.nre@apdcl.org Bidders may obtain further information regarding this IFB from the office of CGM NRE at the address given at para. 6 below from 13:00 hours to 17:00 hours (IST) on all working days till the deadline as per para. 4 above. For proper uploading of the bids on the portal, it shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders to apprise themselves adequately regarding all the relevant procedures and provisions as detailed at the portal as well as by contacting APDCL, Guwahati directly, as and when required, for which contact details are mentioned above. The Employer, in no case, shall be responsible for any issues related to timely or properly uploading/submission of the bid in accordance with the relevant provisions of Section II - ITB of the Bidding Documents. A Pre-Bid conference will be held both physically and virtually (for virtual meeting by video conference on Microsoft Teams, Google meet or Zoom platform) on 28 June 2024.
