Design, Manufacture, Supply and commissioning of Air Leakage Test Bench along with Hydraulic Lifting Table for Air Spring of Train 18. Specification/Dimension as per attached Annexure - A. technical deviation: Hydraulic Lift Table with Rollers: 1. Closed Height - upto 350mm (excluding rollers), Open Height - 800-850mm.-- The air spring should be supplied with 6 kg/cm2 or slightly more and it should be visible digital pressure gauge pr ovided in the control panel, after this system pneumatic should be turned off. The automatic timer1 should start u pto 03 minutes in order to stabilize the air inside the air spring. After 03 minutes another timer should start autom atically for 15 minutes and the pressure drop should be shown in the digital pressure gauge with 1% allowd leaka ge i.e. after 15 minutes the pressure should not drop by more than 0.06kg/cm2 for Air Spring to be considered P ASS [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
