Doubling of Track between CNGR-CGV & Gauge conversion of Track between Kollam and Edamman Station: Preparation and Submission of Digitized Final Certified Land Plans pertaining to Doubling projects between KYJ-MVLK, MVLK-CNGR, CNGR-CGV, KYJ-QLN and QLN-TVC and Gauge conversion between QLN and EDN.
Collection of FM Sketches, Block Sketches, Supplementary Sketches and LA Sketches from respective Revenue authorities as required and digitalising the same in AUTOCAD to scale, marking chainages at every 50m interval in accordance with the Hectometer post already planted, identifying the existing railway boundary on doubling side or both sides in gauge conversion including the new LA boundary at UP and DN line sides, picking up details of centre line of track (up and down) and railway boundary on doubling side or both sides in gauge conversion (including new LA) using Total Station/DGPS with any local adjustment as needed and marking the distance between centre line of track (up and Down) and also the distance between the two tracks, merging of FM Sketches in AutoCAD and preparation and taking print of digitalized plan with the details collected as above and submit before the concerned Revenue authorities and get the same certified, including submission of draft colour print outs of the drawings for the approval of Engineer in charge and submission of 3 sets of approved colour paper prints along with one external hard disk containing the final drawing etc; complete. The work includes entire field works in connection with the collection of details matching existing boundary/track by suitable methods, all office work in connection with digitalizing the sketches in to Autocad drawings etc; complete including rate of hire charges for equipments, consumables, transportation, payments for collection of details etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
