(Rupees Twenty six lakhs four thousand nine hundred eighty only) excluding GST 18%. (premium Including GST Rs.30, 73, 880/- per year) For the ensuing years, the premium amount has to be arrived at by adding an escalation factor of 7% on the premium amount paid for 1st year (base premium) on year on year basis (compounded annually).For the 2nd year, the premium amount has to be paid on the 9th month from the month of payment of 1st year. Thus, the premium payable for subsequent years has to be paid 3 months in advance before completion of the running year. (everything is w.r.t date of commencement).The Private Partner shall observe all the requirements stipulated under GST enactment. The premium amount payable by the Private Partner to Railways, would attract 18% GST, payable on RCM basis by the Private Partner under SAC: 997212. If the bidder is registered with GST, the Premium amount is to be quoted exclusive of GST."
