Monthly wage per manpower: Tenderer has to quote monthly wage per manpower for semi skilled category in A type cities. At present Minimum basic wage is Rs. 862/- per day X 26 working days in a month i.e. 22, 412/- per month. Tenderer has to quote "At Par" or "above" Rs. 22412/-per month for this item and offer if quoting below Rs. 22412/- shall be summarily rejected. Note:- Tenderer not to quote other compulsory/statutory payment, however, agency has to comply other statutory payout such as EPF, ESI, GST etc. which shall be reimbursed on production of actual challan/payment as per prevailing market rate at the time of payment, which is currently as follow:- (Employer's contribution including admin charges) @ Rs 1950/- Per Man-Month + Statutory ESIC @ Rs O/- Per Man-Month + Bonus @ Rs 0/- Per Man-Month + GST 18%.Total value of all component is @ Rs 28747.16/- Per Man-Month.
