Fixed hiring charges for attendant in lieu of TADK under BLW (excluding agency commission/servi ce charge) at total maximum all-inclusive cost payable to contractor per Attendant per Month (basic wages Rs. 2 7510/- + 18% GST extra = Rs. 32461.80/-) as per terms and condition of this tender. {Break up of monthly remun eration per attendant: (a). Basic wage L1 (min pay in IR matrix of pay + DA applicable) = Rs. 25560/- (b) Statutor y EPF at 13% (on max Rs. 15000/-) = Rs.1950/-(c).Applicable GST charges at 18% =Rs. 4951.80/-.} One Man- month shall comprise of 26 days for all purpose of calculations. Total contract period shall be 24 months from dat e of LOA irrespective of utilized man-month. Total tentative number of hired manpower during contract period is 3 9. This tender is governed as a rate contract and there is no guarantee of utilization of any minimum man-months during contract period. Offers of bidders quoting hiring charges for attendant (excluding agency commission/servi ce charge) other than Rs.32461.80/- all-inclusive shall be summarily rejected.
