Execution of all works addition and alterations to existing structures and all repairs and maintenance works of super structure of bridges etc., each costing Rs. 5, 00, 000/- under chapter 1 to 21 excluding item No. 195041, 195042, 195043, 195044, of Unified Standard Schedule of Rate - 2021 (Formation Works, Bridge Works and P.Way Works) of East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar with all contractor's labour & material (As per Annexure-A). NOTE: 1.The items shown in Annexure-A are for guidance. Railway reserves the right to operate/ execute any other items of USSOR-2021, as per requirement and the rates accepted for the Schedule will be applicable for such other items of USSOR under Chapter 1 to 21 excluding item No. 195041, 195042, 195043, 195044. 2.For loading & unloading of materials, the contractor should make the assistance available within short notice from the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative and clear the platform, failing which demurrage charges thus occurred will be recovered from the contractor's bills.
