BOQ Item Description: Supplying and placing of High Back Chair. SEAT ASSEMBLY The seat assembly should be made up of 1.2 plus or minus 0.1cm. thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. SEAT SIZE 47.0 cm. W x 48.0 cm D. BACK ASSEMBLY- The back asembly should be made of powder coated, OFT 40 to 60 microns, tubular frame of 0 2.54 plus or minus 0.03cm. x 0.2 plus or minus 0.016cm thick. MS ERW tube designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The back should be upholstered using double layer spacer mesh fabric with high tenacity yarn. BACK SIZE 46.5 cm W x 70.5 cm H. HIGH RESILIENCE POLYURETHANE FOAM. The HR polyurethane foam should be moulded with density 45 plus or minus 2 kg or m3 and hardness load 16 plus or minus 2 kg for 25percentage compression. ARMRESTS The one piece armrests should be injection moulded from black Co-polymer Polypropylene. CENTRE TILT mechanism, The mechanism should be designed with the following features. 360 degree revolving type, 17 degree plus or minus 2degree maximum tilt on pivot at centre, Upright position locking, Tilt tension adjustment. PNEUMATIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT, The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 11.0 plus or minus 0.3cm. TELESCOPIC BELLOW ASSY. The bellow should be 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in Black Polypropylene. PEDESTAL ASSEMBLY The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 33percentage glass filled Nylon 66 and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castors. The pedestal should be 66.3 plus or minus 0.5cm. pitch center dia 76.3 plus or minus 1.0cm with castors. TWIN WHEEL CASTORS. The twin wheel castors should be injection moulded in black nylon. Overall Dimensions of Chair, Seat Height min 43.3 to max 54.3cm, Height min 99.5 to max 110.5cm. Width and Depth of Chair as measured from pedestal Width 76.3 cm and Depth 76.3 cm.
