Metalizing of Girder web, diaphragm, top and bottom flange, stiffner angle of existing girder as directed by engineer at site or as per IRBM-1998 and relevant IS, codewith surface preparation by sand blasting and aluminium spray at least two coat by wire method of the bridge component including surface preparation by sand/girt ballasing with all contractor materials, tools, plants and labour and consumable materials, scaffolding transportation, lead crossing of track under traffic block/without traffic block as per requirement, the composition of aluminium to be sprayyedshal be preferable in accordance with IS-1475 material B1 (99.5%) aluminium otherwise as per IS-739. In and ballasting washed salt free angular sand of mesh size 12 to 30 with minimum of 40% retained on 20 mesh screen should be used after malizing applied first coat of wash primer to SSPCT-P- 353 T or itch primer IS-5666 over metalized confirming to IS-104.
