Fabrication assembly in site G-3L type glued insulated joints for broad gauge 60KG/52KG with all contractor's material, to and from transportation of material, octroi etc. complete as per RDSO drg. No. T-671/T- 2572 and RDSO drg No. T-5361/T-5843 and conforming to the specification as per instructions contained in manual for glued insulated rail joints. This item is inclusive of all fittings and accessories such as :- a) long fish plate b) H.T.S.bolts and nuts c) Punch washers d) Insulated bushes e) Insulated channels f) 6/10 mm thick end post g) glue h) Hardener i) Glass cloth carrier and all the materials and fittings for cleaning and assembling excluding rails j) any other fitting and accessories to fabricate "In site glued joints" in all respects as per RDSO drawings and specifications contained in manual for in situ glued joints. Note :- in-situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railway satisfaction. the glued joint should behave satisfactory minimum upto 6 months from the date of laying. In any case of any defects detected in this period the glued joints shall have to be replaced security money shall only be released after 6 months and after certification from site in-charge regarding satisfactory behaviour of all glued joints minimum up to 6 months from the date of laying.
