manufacture and supply of 6400 mm curved switches with ZU-1@4547@60e1a1 thick web grade 880 class a tongue rails and uic 60kg/m grade 880, class a/class b prime quality stock rails with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device (rdso/t-6216 read along with alterations), complete (with check rails) with all fitting for 1 in 8.5, bg 60 kg turn out for fan shaped layout on psc sleepers i.e. all fitting for switch portion as per sub assembly drg. no. t-6280 (read with latest alterations) in accordance with rdsos standard drawing no. 6279 (read along with latest alterations) excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts er clips, insulating liners. (note- all required rails to be arranged by supplier as per rly bd l. no. 2022/track- i(p)/fabricator dt. 24.01.2022) r0 = rate of rail=rs. 67500 per mt. tq = theoretical quantity of rail=total = 3.5033 mt (calculated as per attached annexure-ii) [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
