Fabrication assembly in situ G-3/L, type glued insulated joints for Broad Gauge 60 kg/52 Kg. with all contractor's men & materrial, to and from transportation of material, octroi etc. complete in all respect as per instructions contained in manual for glued insulated rail joints. This item inclusive of all fittings and accessories such as (a) Long Fish plate, (b) H.T.S. Bolts and nuts (c) Punch washers, (d) Insulated bushes, Insulated channels, (f) 6 mm thick end post (g) Glue, (h) Hardener, (i) Glass cloth carries and all the materials and fittings for cleaning and assembling excluding rails, (j) Any other fittings and accessories required to fabricate "In situ Glued Joint" in all respect as per RDSO/Drg. No. T-67/T-2572 and specifications contained in manual for in situ glued joints. Note: In situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railway satisfaction. The glued joints should be have satisfactorily minimum upto 06 months from the date of laying, in case of any defects detected in this period, the the glued joints shall have to be replaced free of cost. Note: The rates are inclusive of GST.
