BOQ Item Description: Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of factory built Floor mounted hot water coil double skin type horizontal/vertical Fan coil units made of minimum 25 +/- 2 mm thick panels fabricated with extruded thermal break profile sections, with mixing box, consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 06 mm outside layer and 0.6 mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation of density not less than 38 Kg/m3 factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5 mm) cooling & heatiing coil of minimum 4 row deep, filter section with 50 mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air prefilters, sound atteunator in supply and return air stream, direct drive package with 230 +/- 10% volts, 50 Hz., 1 phase motor designed for variable frequency drive applications, nesessary control wiring, necessary vibration isolation arrangement of following capacities including supply and all commissioning spares, as applicable etc. The supply air grill shall made around 150mm above the bottom. For mechanical safety guard made of 32 mm dia ss304 pipe shall also be provided.
