Supply and fitment of Display Board for displaying the EnMS Policy of Diesel Loco Shed, Tondiarp et in Tri - Lingual format (Tamil, English and Hindi) as per the content enclosed along with the logo of Indian Railw ays at one end and logo of Diesel Loco Shed, on the other side (Sample design of Display Board is herewith encl osed) The specification of Display Board is as follows. 1. Size of Display Board: 4 Feet (Long) X 3 Feet (Height) X 5 mm (Thick), Material: Foam 2. The content of EnMS policy should be printed on vinyl sticker paper and shoul d be pasted on the 5 mm thick foam board. 3. The Back Ground colour of vinyl sticker should be ?Ivory? and con tent of EnMS policy should be in Navy Blue. 4. Necessary fasteners should be provided during the fitment time a nd supplier should fit the display board at the location as per the instructions of consignee. NOTE: 1. Before suppl ying Bulk quantity a sample should be sent to this end for approval. After approval only supplier should supply an d fit the boards at Diesel Loco Shed, Tondiarpet. 2. Content of EnMS policy in Tamil, English and Hindi [ Warran ty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
