Internal dimension of the body of flash light should be such as to properly ac commodate the required Nos. of Dry batteries conforming to IS:2083/1991 (REAFFIRMED jan, 96) with Amdt. No .1 flash light should be supplied without cells. Flash light brass body barrel type with focussing arrangement and suitable for 3 nos of dry cell R 20 geep type 888 or similar [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of deliver y ]
