G-1932 & 1934/General-46: Service book for pensionable staff (class iii & class iv staff ) containing 16 leaves +4 end leaves in finished size 21.10cm x 29.80cm . (Plus minus 2 mm tolerance) paper to be used- A zurlaid paper 110 GSM conforming to IS Specifications 1848/91 with amendments no. 1 & 3 or latest for text pag es. For binding materials i. e. straw board 8-D, Grade 'A' conforming to IS 2617/67 or latest, binding cloth IS spec ification number 10582/1983 and paper pink 70 GSM as per IS specification no. 1848/2007 (Type-B or latest for t op cover. The book to be printed in Hindi & English bilingual in single color, cover in one side and text pages both sides as per specimen. Binding Quarter Bound with sectional sewing cut flush as per specimen. The art work for printing & sample register completed in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. C olor as per specimen Packing- To be packed in suitable size corrugated carton boxes of 05 ply, containing 02 bu ndles each of 20 books. Packing slip must be pasted on carton box indicating PO no., Particulars of item, quantit y and box number etc. as per Specn. As mention in description above
