The Rate including all taxes as applica ble including following items in addition to cost of device as under (i) All liabilities including any recurring charges per device (ii) Rental charges, voice charges, SMS Charges, Data charges, Map subscription charges and other if any for pre installed SIM per device upto a period of 3 years from the date of commissioning are including (iii) R eplacement cost of each.
