BOQ Item Description: SUPPLY and INSTALLATION OF KM MARKERS The item includes i Providing of pre cast pre stressed kilometer markers KM size of 100 mm X 100mm x 3000mm using RCC grade 1 Ratio 1 Ratio 2 1 cement Ratio 1 course sand Ratio 2 graded stone of 10 mm size with 6 wires and insertion of plate as per drawing, ii transportation and stringing and fixing of KM markers along pipeline to the actual sites of installation at ROU at exact chainage, iii excavation of pits 600x600x1000mm size at the place of installation in all types of soil strata, ivInstall Grouting of marker as per drawing by providing laying of PCC grade 1 Ratio 2 Ratio 4 1 cement Ratio 2 course sand Ratio 4 graded metal of 20 mm aggregate including cost of centering and shuttering etc all work upto plinth level v Painting of marker post and plate with synthetic enamel paint of reputed brand applying 3 or more coats on exposed surface after applying of primer complete and writing in English and Hindi letter Company logo in size and thickness pattern as per drawing with approved quality synthetic enamel paint in 2 or more coats in all respect as per drawing and specifications given and instruction of EIC. The cost of metallic plates, angles, sheets etc. are also included in this item as per drawing.
