Tender's Details

High Temperature - Thermal Cycling Furnace upto 1800 deg. Centigrade for Spalling Resistance te sting of Refractory Bricks. It shall be sufficient to start and complete the test with an automatic jerk free Pneumati c /Hydraulic, operating along with Thyristor drive and Automatic programmable PID Controller drive. The entire F urnace Hearth shall move either vertically up & down, or horizontally left & right according to set up program. The operation should happen repeatedly as per set up program . The Thermocouple shall be of B Type (Pt-Rh-Pt-Rh) with 99.7 % purity Alumina tube. The Heating elements shall be of Molybdenum Di Silicide with superior quality w ork upto 1800 deg centigrade with continuous working temperature of 1600 deg. centigrade . One set of spares s hall be supplied along with the equipment. The warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of proving out of the equipment.
