No SKDL 3430 Alt 8 exce pt item No 24 to 47, and to Part Drg. Nos SK.DL 62724 Alt 28, SKDL 3119, SKDL 2496 Alt 6, SK 69508 Alt 4, SK DL 2494 Alt 17, SKDL 2495 Alt 12 and SKDL 890 Alt 4. Item No 18 (High Capacity draft-gear) to STR 49-BD-08 of June 08 with Amendment No. 1 of September 2016. Item no 19 (striker block) as per CLW drg No 05/3/57/31 Alt 3 for modified striker casting, Item 20 suspension hook as per RDSO Drg No SKDL 3430 Alt 8 are to be suppl ied in loose condition Each set consisting of one No. of each item. Note: 1) It should be ensured that 100% of knu ckle (Item 2 of RDSO drg no SKDL-3430 Alt-8) should be checked to pass 10A Contour Gauge. 2) Firm who are approved for High Tensile CBC have to arrange / purchase the Components / High capacity Draft gear from RD SO/BLW approved sources only, if they are not approved for such components. 3) MPT and DPT to be done for any cracks during acceptance test, as per RDSO letter no EL/3.2.119 (CBC) dated 27.11.2019.%u201D, which i s as per SOUTHERN RAILWAY P.O.No.: 26220047101366 dated 25-APR-23 based on RDSO letter no EL/3.2.1 19 (CBC) dated 27.11.2019 [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
