HIGH VOLTAGE TEST SET WITH TEST JIG SPECIFICATION AS below 1. High voltage test set up have a provision to provide a test voltage of 1kV a.c. (r.m.s.) of sinewave form at 50 Hz applied to the test jig ( 10 Nos Q type relay pluged at a time) for one minute between all metallic parts of the relay and other metallic part s insulated there from. This requirement shall include tests between separate coil windings, where applicable, and between coil windings and metallic parts. 2. 10 Nos plug board fitted on test jig. 3. Test jig should fabricate with w ater proof 12 mm Ply. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
