Hiring of 02 (Two) Non-AC Trucks of 4.5 MT loading capacity such as Tata LPT-613 or similar model one each for the official use of SSE(P.Way)/BUDM and SSE(P.Way)/TIG under the jurisdiction of ADEN/TIG in Sambalpur Division for a period of 03 (Three) years.
Monthly basis fare for hiring of 4.5 MT loading capacity Non-AC Truck such as Tata 613 or similar model for the official use of SSE(P.Way) In-Charge for carrying Railway's men and materials as per the direction of Engineer -In - Charge. The hiring charges includes the cost of the salary of truck driver & helper, maintenance charges of truck, road tax, license fee, permit fee along with other Misc. charges, the cost of diesel consumed by the truck, cost of Mobil, Gear oil, Break oil, parking charges, all taxes including GST, royalty and all incidental charges complete, etc.(Vehicle -Month means Per Month Per Vehicle)
