Exim Bank will be conducting a Pre-Bid Conference/Meeting at 11:30 AM on the February 06, 2024 in person/through VC mode whose link is given below. The interested parties are advised to send their queries along with details of the authorised person(s) [Max. 2 person] of the prospective applicants, through an email to eximloc@eximbankindia.in or before February 05, 2024. 3. The prospective bidders/PQ applicants are invited to attend the Pre-Bid meeting at 11:30 AM on the February 06, 2024, either in person at our office [Export Import Bank of India, 7th Floor, Office Block I, NBCC Building, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi - 400 023] OR virtually as per given link. The authorised person(s) of the prospective applicants shall submit by way of email the authorisation letter from the prospective bidders/PQ applicants along with company ID and any one of these identity cards viz.
