Joggled fish plates with modification/improvisation at AT Welding Joints on Higher GMT Routes co nforming to RDSO Drg No. T-5849, joggled Fish Plates comprises of (I) Joggled Fish Plates with 2 holes to RDS O Drg. No. T-5849 -2 Nos., (ii) Bolts and nuts to Drg. No. T-11513 - 4 Nos. for Field Trial.In this additional operati onal process of Improvisation/Modification of Joggled Fish Plate, joggled fishplate is reheated and hot pressed hy draulically from the top on a specially developed jig/die. Specially designed horizontal jig fixture (both top and bott om portions) and power/hydraulic press of 150 T to 250 Ton capacity is done besides additional manufacturing pr ocess of re-heating. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
