Kit for Dye penetrant flaw detection in self spray aerosol cans conforming to IS:3658 1999 (Reaffir med 2010) & IS: 12889-1989 (reaffirmed-2010) consisting of (i) Cleaner: Non-aqueous, Non Halogenated (ii) Dye Penetrant: Visible dye (Red colour), Solvent removable (iii) Developer: Non-Aqueous wet type. Note: Each kit co nsist of 02 cleaners, 01 dye penetrant and 04 developers each filled in containers of 500 ml capacity and net cont ent 400 ml. Product should be nontoxic, non corrosive & chemically non-active to all metals. Should contain low halide & sulphate contents. 5.Products shall have shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. [ Warranty P eriod: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
