Tender's Details

SSE/W/KTYM - Up keeping of Railway colony and major installations: Assisting KTYM section office by providing skilled labours for painting, masonry, carpentry, plumping works. (working hours 8.0 am to 17.0 hrs rest time 13.00 hrs to 14 hrs) complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. The contractor shall supply 4 labour per day on all working days at 8.00 hrs.to work in SSE/W/KTYM Jurisdiction wherever required. 2. A day to day register shall be maintained for this purpose and the same should be produced to SSE/Works in charge whenever required and produce the same for making payment. 3. If any complaint/ deficiency noticed in the working of the labours they should be replaced with new person as per the direction of Engineer in charge. 4. Per day Rs.850 maintenance cost will be imposed as penalty for the deficiency in working by contractor's per labours. 5. The contractor should comply with existing laws and acts of Govt. of India and State Govt. laws and acts in engagement and working with labours. 6. Mobile phone communication facility should be provided by the contractor to each team for communication with departmental officials for instructions.
