The forms to be printe d in Hindi & English bilingual both sides in single color as per specimen. Binding: To be supplied in the bundle of 1 000 Forms each. The art work for printing and sample complete in all respect should be got approved from consi gnee before bulk supply. Packing- To be packed in suitable size corrugated carton boxes of 05 ply, containing 04 bundles each of 1000 forms. Packing slip must be pasted on carton box indicating PO no., Particulars of item, qu antity and box number etc
